Fly Tying Classes & News

Bozeman’s fly tying central is at Fins & Feathers this winter with new products, more classes, and even some help with getting out of those Saturday morning projects involving wallpaper and old bathrooms!
Over the last month, we’ve been getting stocked back up for the fly tying season, scouring the catalogs and talking to folks about what’s new and hot in the tying world. We’re making progress and we still have several orders out there that should be arriving in the next 2 weeks. We are still having trouble getting Whiting Saddles - but we have a few – and several dozen on order that will show up when the birds go the way of the Dodo. There’s always something new in the shop and we’ve always got everything you need for tying just about anything…even tube flies soon.
We’ve got a range of tying classes for the beginner on tap this January as well. Little kids, big kids, and even the seriously uncoordinated adults are welcome to join the fun! Check our all of our class options online and get signed up!
The ever popular Saturday Tying Seminar is on schedule to start mid-Jan. Join us for some good times every Saturday morning throughout the winter from 10-Noon here at the fly shop in 4-corners. Check out the schedule (in process) online.
