We had a great turnout this morning for our weekly tying seminar at the shop featuring Glenn Owens. He's one of those really quiet guys that has put a lot of time into thinking it all through when it comes to fly design. We're running these for another month, so check it out on Saturday mornings.
The weather was beautiful today, so I slipped out around noon thirty and made a run to the LM. Water is in great shape, the wind was calm, and there were only a few folks out running around. Midges were on the water, but no heads up where I was (it was pretty bright out anyway). Fish were eating, no drama, no photos, just a happy angler rejoicing in the effectiveness of a cortisone shot to the elbow last Thursday.
