Now that the river is open all day, lots of folks are hitting the lower Maddy. Fishing has been good until mid-day as the water is still warming up. HHmmmm...iamgine that....as the water gets near 70, the fish aren't as active. I wonder if they still think the closure happens at 2?
Anyway, we got some nice fish today early on. One 19.5 and a 20.5 about 100 yards apart from one another.
