Another MO

The wind settled down today and the weather was pretty pleasant overall. Little gusty here and there, but not too bad. The water came up a little bit yesterday and is now around 8100 cfs which is higher than normal but still manageable without anything crazy in terms of weight and flies.
We fished through the canyon today and did well until early afternoon. Mostly worm pattens and pink sowbugs today and worked the slower water pretty hard around drop offs and soft corners. The river is fishing well and I'm looking forward to spending a lot of time up here over the next few weeks.
