Wrapped up the last big push on Sunday with a float down the Upper Madison. Great day on the water with sunny skies, no wind and the colors of fall. Some fish, but mostly by getting out of the boat and working some honey holes with worms and little bugs, did get a few on streamers and yuk bugs but had a feeling that a little cloud cover would have dramatically improved that area.
In the shop for the most part this week working on working on orders for 2013, but not quite working on them yet. Things are a little behind schedule with the busier than usual late season both in the shop and on the river, plus John went to work for Tenkara...meep...and Charlie is on vacation and everyone else, myself included is burnt out! More coffee please and peace out. Stop by the shop this week for some BS.
