Beautiful day on the Yellowstone, a little cold and breezy but some great views of the mountains covered in snow, crisp skies, and enough trout to make for a solid day on the water. Always a roll of the dice this time of year come sunny skies and a sudden decrease in water temps, so I was feeling nervous at the boat ramp. Threw streamers the first couple of hours, landed a couple, missed a couple. Nymphed in the afternoon and did fine with rubberlegs and lightning bugs.
