Connectivity is an amazing thing! Santa Cruz, Bolivia seems like a world away from home right now. I awoke today as our plane descended into La Paz, where we spent about 45 minutes on the ground before continuing here at Santa Cruz. We spent most of the day today hanging at the hotel, getting caught up on some rest and checking out some of the local flavor. Second/Third world cities are always strange places to spend the day in my experience.
We head out to Tsimane in the morning, hopefully maybe find a Dorado or two tomorrow once we get settled at the base camp for the next few days.
