ta da

What a great way to end the big push this year. Beautiful weather and fish eating hoppers on the Yellowstone. The river was pretty busy today, guess everyone is trying to get their last one in for the year. The temps were up in the mid-80's and the wind wasn't too bad down where we ended up, but I was still surprised at all the traffic. I ended up pushing through the first couple of miles just to get ahead and out of everyones way. Nymphing in the am was good, only a few whities and the hopper fishing was pretty good all afternoon.

Anyway, weather looks good for the next week anyway and I'm looking forward to doing some shop time and getting caught up. What did I learn today? Trout like rubberlegs, lightning bugs, and Morish Hoppers.
