Fished the Missouri today up below Holter from Sucicide PT to Pelican. There is about 2 feet of viz on the river from the Dam down. It is not the clear and wonderful that some folks have been saying! Flows are high but the fish are in there and catchable in the same high water spots. We did best with caryfish and yellow sally nymphs. I'd rank it as an ok day. Still one of the better options in the region but don't expect to see green water when you arrive, it's brown.
Great folks and good enough fishing to make it worth the trip on my end.
Off to Ennis tonight for festivities of the 4th with my family.
