The Day After That

Set out this morning with the intent of rectifying my recent stretch of crap luck by finding some ex fish on the EG. Long/short...EG was still dirty down low so ended up at the Gallatin by Cameron Bridge where the water was looking good enough to say it was looking good. Made a wee bit of a march up river aways and found the fish to be not too grabby and smallish. Finally put an egg on and got some fish to eat OK in a couple of spots.

It was a great day to be out though no matter what? Great companionship, warm, pretty water, and wind that isn't even worth mentioning. Catching could have been better, but I could also be trying to sell someone electrical fittings in Philly instead of fishing in Montana!
