On the lower today and things turned out well enough to make it into a good day, but it was a little work getting there. Slow morning and a solid afternoon/late morning on hoppers and crayfish. Don't think we even killed any fish today, but we definitely got some to eat in that tepid bathwater filled ditch. I love hot water.
Going to the Mo tomorrow for a couple of days to see if we can clean some of that grass out of the river everyone is talking about. Embrace the weeds is my M.O. these days, embrace the grass. Word.

Well catch and release mortality is really low so I'm sure you didn't catch enough to do any harm.
