instant gratification

Day one on the horn down, term that comes to mind for the day is instant gratification. Hopper dropper right out the gate, tricks for an hour, hopper dropper for awhile, x caddis all afternoon. Rising fish willing to eat a subpar presentation makes for a great day any day.
Crowded? Yes. Weeds? Some but not too bad. Bugs? Yes. Hot? Yes? Fun? Yes? Better than the Yellowstone? Yes. Better than over there? No. Worth the drive right now? Yes.
