Fished the Upper yesterday and found it to be "satisfactory," mostly small fish but enough of them to make for a great day. The fact that the weather was crazy nice and my clients were great to be with didn't hurt much either. Changing of the seasons is underway with the tress starting to change, frost in the mornings, and pink flies starting to do their thing. I love pink fly season.
So, off to Missoula I go for a couple days of guiding over there hoping for some Hecubas, Tricos, and other Mayflies coming off in droves and rising fish a plenty. If not, zonkers work too.
