Got up here to Hippytown USA last night, grabbed some wings at Hooters while watching the football game and headed to Stevi. Made the run through traffic this am and worked our way down towards Superior for a day on the Clark Fork. I like that river a lot for some reason, kind of like the Yellowstone without the big browns but squawfish. The fish eat attractor dries when rising to little or big Mayflies.
The day was slow but we did alright in the end as the few rising fish we found ate out flies pretty well. Hecubas.
