I know that it's a caddis pupa, and we used to sell a bunch of them (even caught some fish on it too). I know that it's not the greatest fly photo in the world, but it's all I've got to go on. Does anyone know the manufacturer or actual name of this caddis pupa pattern?

I think it's a Smith's CDC Caddis emerger from Rainey's Flies. Meep.
it is the IGOTTATAKA Pupa. I use it in Missouri often.
