 The rain stopped last night up here in NW MT, sounds like it snowed back home which makes me glad to not be rowing a boat there right now. We headed back to Missoula this morning, stopping along the way for a few hours of fishing some small stream that I fished 20+ years ago. So, I had some sentiment-filled moments along a dirt road as the sun came up today.

We just threw streamers and surprised ourselves with some nice fish chasing shiny junk in some very cold, clear water. The biggest surprise for me today was that there were other anglers out in BFE with us this morning. Landed one nice Bull Trout and a Rainbow…Steven had a few smaller fish to hand as well.
