Day three in Belize ,round two…mission accomplished. The
happy fish was found at the end of the day, working the deep edge of a flat in
a small school. Hookset was apparently good enough. Between just us…a fish has
never made me happier than this fish today.
We saw a good number of fish on the first day, only three in
one group yesterday. Up until this point, the highlight of the trip for me had
been lassoing a 4’ crocodile on a snook fly. Hard to imagine that a permit
would be more fun!
